Return and Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to the return of items that were purchased from us:

Incorrect Item Was Delivered If your delivery is incorrect for any reason, such as an item being missing from your purchase or you receiving the erroneous item, then we will automatically replace or refund your order at your request. This policy applies whether an item was omitted from your order or you received the incorrect item. In the event that you seek a refund, you are required to notify us without delay and refrain from opening any of the items themselves. After that, we will ask you to return the items, and as soon as they are received in our office, we will issue a refund to you using the same mode of payment that you used initially.

Items Defective Upon Arrival If the items you ordered turned out to be defective upon delivery, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website or by sending us an email. Items must be returned in the box they came in, including with any documentation or accessories that were included with the purchase. If we are able to confirm that the issue exists on our end, we will immediately issue a replacement that will be shipped the very same day. If you would prefer, we can also give a complete refund, and we will reimburse your payment using the method that you used when you initially made the payment. We will inspect the returned items, and if they do not appear to have any defects, we will send the item back to you and you will be responsible for paying the costs of the return shipment.

Products That Were Damaged While in Transit We ask that, as soon as you receive the goods, you get in touch with us to let us know if any of the things have been harmed while being transported. It is required that things be returned in the packing they came in, with all accessories and documentation included. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will either provide a new item or refund the entire amount of your order using the form of payment that was originally used.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item that you have ordered and want to return it to us, then in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can as long as you return it to us or inform us within the first seven days of your purchase or receipt of the goods. The products must not have had their packaging broken, used, or tested in any way, and they must be returned in the exact same condition in which you received them from us in the mail. Packages That Have Been Opened Upon Arrival If your shipment arrives opened or ripped for whatever reason, we ask that you return the items if you are displeased with them. Again, we will provide you a replacement product or a refund through the same method that you used to make the initial payment, whichever option you prefer.

Because of the delicate nature of the product, we are unable to take any returns on any stimulants or salts that have been opened in any way. Please be aware that the aforementioned returns policy does have some limits. This is especially true with stimulants and salts.
